POSITIONS
PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a passion for creating inspiring and functional spaces. As a Project Architect at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will lead the design and development of various projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet our standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: •Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for a variety of project types. •Develop and present concept design proposals, including drawings, renderings, and models. •Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements and design intent is met. •Oversee and coordinate all phases of the project, including pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. •Prepare contract drawings, specifications, and other project documentation in collaboration with the team. •Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. •Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. •Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff. •Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits. •Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. •Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. •Proven experience in managing and delivering architectural projects of various scales and types. •Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
JOB CAPTAIN
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Job Captain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project coordination, with the ability to manage project documentation and support the Project Architect. As a Job Captain at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will play a critical role in the production and coordination of construction documents, ensuring that projects meet our standards for quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: •Assist the Project Architect in developing design concepts and preparing construction documents. •Coordinate and manage the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. •Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. •Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to address project requirements and resolve issues. •Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure accuracy of design documentation. •Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs during the construction phase. •Maintain project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery. •Support the Project Architect in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews. •Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. •Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software. •Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multiple projects simultaneously. •Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Professional licensure or working towards licensure is preferred.
REVIT TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Revit and a keen eye for detail. As a Revit Technician at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will support our architectural team by producing high-quality, accurate construction documents and models, ensuring that our projects meet our standards for quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: •Convert conceptual design concepts, sketches, and into accurate and working Revit remodels. •Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit. •Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, etc. •Ensure that all drawings and models comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. •Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure design intent is maintained. •Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate their information into the Revit model. •Review and update Revit models based on redlines, field measurements, and project changes. •Maintain Revit libraries and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in documentation. •Conduct quality control checks on Revit models and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. •Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. •Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with Revit in an architectural or design firm. •Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in creating detailed construction documents and models. •Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software is a plus. •Excellent organizational and communication skills. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
