BRINGING NEW LIFE TO A VALUABLE BUILDING

Project Overview: Endeavor North Design was approached by a local commercial realtor, The CRA Group, to re-envision the exterior of a larger commercial building in central Bismarck.  The building is in an excellent location in Bismarck and the interior is functioning well.  However, the exterior is dated and is showing signs of wear. The proposal leaves the majority of the building intact while focusing the renovation efforts on the exterior of the building in high-impact areas.​

Key Features:

• A Fresh Clean Look:  The proposed material pallete incorporates clean metal panel and glass curtain wall with dynamic patterns, dark brick and wood to add life and warmth to the building.

​

• A Memorable Entrance:  New main and side entrances provide strong and easily recognizable entries into the building. Large expanses of glass, a strong brick base and wood accents all improve the presence of the entrances.

​

• A Strong Identity: The additions of the entries and glass at the primary corner add to the visibility and identity of the building from the street.

​

Project Impact: The proposed renovation, conceptual at this point, illustrates that a focused remodel can breath new life into a building while leaving the core of the building intact.
